Managed Career Solutions (MCS) invites interested agencies to apply for the opportunity to engage disconnected and in-school youth (ISY) residing the Los Angeles Harbor region in a system of support. This IFB is for agencies to serve as a subcontractor to MCS, lead applicant for the City of Los Angeles’ Harbor Region YouthSource Center.
