MANAGED CAREER SOLUTIONS RECOGNIZED FOR 2015 EL MONTE JOB FAIR EFFORTS

El Monte, CA – On Tuesday, September 8, 2015, Managed Career Solutions (MCS) was recognized by the City of El Monte at a special City Council meeting for their efforts on and sponsorship of the 2015 Annual El Monte Job Fair. The City Council thanked MCS, along with the other sponsors of the event, the Los Angeles County Office of Education’s GAIN Division, Los Angeles Employment Development Department and the Los Angeles Department of Public Social Services, for helping to organize a very successful event that offered over 4,500 employment opportunities to a large number of job seekers in the community.

The City Council commended each organization for their commitment to the city on this effort since 2009. Councilmember Juventino Gomez expressed his gratitude to MCS as a company, the City, State and the Federal support and resources given to job seekers in the El Monte area. Councilmember Gomez congratulated the sponsors for the most successful job fair he had seen in his 30 year career.

Award recognition certificates were handed to key event contributors including Esteban Magallanes, President of MCS and Sergio Checa, MCS Case Manager.

“Our mission as a company is to help make employment opportunities available for job seekers,” said Magallanes, President of MCS. “We humbly accept this certificate in recognition for our efforts from the City of El Monte.”
